The Manager, Client Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Toronto Downtown Client Services team. This role ensures exceptional client service, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective cross-functional collaboration, while also overseeing administrative operations, deal documentation, and process improvements.
